How long is the warranty period for your DC UPS?

Please refer to the warranty period provided by your seller and local supplier. The general warranty period is 1 year.

Can I use my own power cord or adapter to charge the DC UPS?

If the original power cord/power adapter of your DC UPS is lost, you can use third-party power cord/power adapter, but it must comply with local safety standards. If you need use third-party power adapter, please make sure to use an adapter with the same output voltage and the output current not less than the current of the original adapter, otherwise it may affect the operation and charging of the DC UPS.

My DC UPS seems to be faulty, what should I do?

First, please refer to the troubleshooting table in the product manual to check if there is a similar phenomenon and whether it can be solved. If the problem cannot be solved, please contact your seller and local supplier, or our after-sales team to determine what is the problem of your unit.

What is the difference between DC UPS and normal UPS?

Normal AC UPS outputs alternating current (AC) power for the devices that require AC power input. Correspondingly, the power output by DC UPS is DC power, which is suitable for small electronic products that require DC power input, such as routers, modems, cameras, etc.
